NorthWest FabWorks will gladly warranty any of our products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 1 Year from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.
Customers must check packages to insure correct parts and correct amount, any variance must be reported to NorthWest FabWorks within 7 days of receipt of package. After 7 days, it is the Customers Responsibility to purchase new parts.
NorthWest FabWorks has a very strict NO RETURN POLICY. Please do you research or contact our sales staff with any questions about the products that we sell, we are here to help you find the correct parts for your application!
Cosmetic Damage is not covered under warranty. A claim must be started with the Shipping Company NOT with NorthWest Fabworks.
