GM TH400 to S10/S15 NP207 Transfer Case Adapter

This adapter kit includes a custom output shaft, adapter housing, and fastening hardware to retain the S-series truck transfer case. This kit works inconjuction with the original GM 700R4 adapter.

 

S-series trucks that were previously equipped with a 5 speed, it is necessary to purchase the stock GM 4wd adapter housing and transfer case shifter bracket from the 700R4 application.

 

 

This adapter kit is designed for exclusive use with the 4WD GM TH400 automatic transmission. The TH400 has a case length of 24.250” and a “Texas-shaped” oil pan underneath it. The factory output shaft has a spline count of 32 spline and had various output stick-out lengths.

Note: Our adapter kit is designed to replace TH400 output shafts with stickout lengths of 1.5” & 2.5”.
