GM 4wd TH350 to Ford NP205/208 31 Spline Transfer Case Adapter

 

Kit 50-6908 will adapt the GM TH350 transmission to Ford Borg Warner 1345 / 1356 and NP205 transfer cases. The adapter is 3.625" in length and manufactured using 356 T-6 heat treated aluminum alloy. The adapter lit includes an adapter housing, 27 spline x 31 spline spud shaft, new main shaft for the transmission, spud shaft bearing, snap rings, o-ring, gasket, fastening hardware and adapter instructions.

Note: When using the NP205 transfer case, a NP205 shifter bracket will need to be fabricated for shifter support.

Transmissions
Adapter assembly is used exclusively with the GM TH350 4wd models.
