This Kit includes billet replacements for all covers and includes all Seals, Gaskets and Bearings needed. Need to replace a cracked or worn out retainer or just looking to spruce up the look of your case this kits covers both. It is also available with our sight tube kit, which allows you to easily check and quality and amount of oil in your transfer case for an additional $24.
The four billet peices are also available without seals and bearing for $269.

Cracked, oxidized and crumbling stock cast bearing retainers are a common problem for the 203 and 205 transfer cases - now we have the perfect solution! Our Billet bearing retainers are CNC machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum to a beautiful, yet very functional finish.
These retainers use stock seals, and also feature oiling ports.

NP203/205 Billet PTO Cover - $28.00
Billet NWF PTO Cover
Now you can purchase the same great billet PTO cover included in our 203/205 kits separately. We highly recommend the use of this type of PTO cover on a NP205 that has been clocked up. Clocking of the NP205 moves the critical location of the fill plug, changing the volume of fluid the transfer case will accept. This cover is CNC machined from billet 6061-T6, Hard anodized, and etched for lasting good looks. Brass 3/8" NPT plug included.
