Payment & Shipping
Commonly stocked parts are shipped within 1-2 business days, while out of stock items have a lead-time. If an item is out of stock we will notify you. All products are shipped via UPS unless NWF states otherwise. The buyer pays all shipping fees unless under certain circumstances a special agreement is met between the buyer & NWF. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards. We also accept cashiers cheques and money orders. NWF Fills all nessesary documents to ship internationally. We are NOT responsible for any potential import/brokerage fees. We do our best to inform you of any potential fees, however it is the responsibility of the customer to be familiar with their particular countries' policies and fees. Returns & Cancellations The original buyer MUST have the original receipt in order to approve for a return. Privacy Notice NorthWest FabWorks does not use any customer’s personal information for any means other than communication & shipment of their order. It is strictly private and confidential, and accessible only by designated staff. NorthWest FabWorks may disclose personal information if required to do so by law.
